The LMS System Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Learning Management System's effectiveness as a global platform for training and development. This position involves a mix of content management, integration maintenance, data entry, system support, user assistance, and third-party application expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure smooth training rollouts, efficient content management, and responsive support to end users. Key responsibilities include:
Content Management and LMS Administration:
&bull 3-5 Years of Cornerstone Administrator Knowledge
&bull Collaborate with functional departments and subject matter experts to design and implement the system's template and layout for global training initiatives based on global branding guidelines.

&bull Load and replace training content per stakeholder requirements.
&bull Upload, distribute, and track courses, job aids, and other training materials, ensuring they are correctly assigned and available in multiple languages.
&bull Build online assessments, evaluations, and report on the results in the LMS.
&bull Create ILT events, sessions, and communications.
&bull Identify and recommend best practice for delivering training.
&bull Strong knowledge of course authoring software with the ability to troubleshoot eLearning courses, triggers, and settings.
&bull Extensive knowledge of SCORM requirements, reporting 2.0, creating customized reports and dashboards.
&bull Understand project management fundamentals and strong project management skills.
Ongoing LMS Maintenance:
&bull Manage the loading of ongoing training content, working with stakeholders to estimate and track the time required for content management.
&bull Address Learning Transfer Objectives (LTO) challenges, including last-minute content approvals and course reworks.
&bull Support additional training initiatives for the organization, i.e., regulatory compliance, technical training, DEIB.
&bull Maintain all system environments, Production, Pilot, and Stage.
&bull Create custom pages, banners, carousels, and emails using HTML.
&bull Daily review and correction of Edge data migration tools and integrations.
&bull Support all third-party integrations into the LMS such as Zoom, Ping, Workday, and LinkedIn Learning.
&bull Annual updates to all custom emails, OU groups, dynamic assignments, and calendars.
&bull Monthly security permission approval, assignments, and revoking when appropriate.
&bull Perform system tests to ensure seamless content flow and accessibility.
&bull Perform quarterly audits of the LMS catalog, review and deactivate outdated content.
&bull Own the quarterly release process from reviewing new features and enhancements to regression testing and stakeholder communication of changes.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.

What You'll Bring:
User Support and System Troubleshooting: &bull Dedicate time daily to address LMS-related queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users on resolving common problems. &bull Handle escalated issues from field level systems, and correct content access discrepancies (e.g., wrong job roles). &bull Respond to reporting queries and system issues (e.g., completion status errors). &bull Identify and implement improvements, managing and integrating new technologies and features within the LMS. &bull Prepare accurate ad consistent reporting for end users, business owners, and auditors. Content and System Management: &bull Anticipate an increase in support tickets with the addition of new content, managing and maintaining the system to accommodate growing needs. &bull Train support staff on the common errors with courses and how to respond to users. &bull Implement strategies for rolling out content in phases (e.g., all at once, management first, specific locations) while setting up automatic assignment for new hires based on job roles. &bull Utilize case management system to prioritize support tickets while maintaining SLA standards. &bull Escalate system wide issue to CSOD to resolve in a timely manner. &bull Communicate system down times or delays to stakeholders. Additional Assignments: &bull Facilitate training to users, super users, and business unit administrators. &bull Document existing and new processes, procedures, and guides. &bull Assign and maintain LinkedIn Learning licenses. &bull Participate in weekly stakeholder meetings including LMS Governance Committee, Agile standups. &bull Implement strategies for rolling out content in phases (e.g., all at once, management first, specific locations) while setting up automatic assignment for new hires based on job roles. &bull Utilize case management system to prioritize support tickets while maintaining SLA standards. Background: &bull Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. &bull 3+ years of experience in with Cornerstone OnDemand &bull Cornerstone Learning Specialist Certification or Cornerstone Learning Expert Certification preferred. &bull Proven experience in LMS administration, preferably in a global focused context &bull Strong technical proficiency, particularly in LMS platforms, Workday, Dovetail, Jira &bull Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. &bull Ability to effectively collaborate with people of varying backgrounds at different levels within the organization.
