&bull Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and provide technical support as needed
&bull Keep up to date with the latest developments in Amazon Connect and related technologies

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications:
&bull Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
&bull At least 10 years of experience in a call center engineering role
&bull Strong experience with Amazon Connect and related technologies
&bull Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
&bull Strong communication and collaboration skills
&bull Ability to work independently and as part of a team
