VP, Revenue Accounting

Salary Range: USD 105,000.00 - 235,000.00 per year

• Own and execute components of the monthly revenue close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and internal accounting policies across all revenue streams.
• Prepare and analyze revenue-related reports for internal stakeholders, including revenue by product, client, and region.
• Partner with the billing team to validate invoicing data and ensure accurate revenue capture.
• Assist in the review and interpretation of client contracts to determine appropriate billing and revenue recognition treatment.
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams on data inputs and automation enhancements (e.g., Alteryx workflows, Tableau dashboards).
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and walkthroughs.
• Participate in system enhancements, such as ongoing optimization of Zuora and Oracle integrations.

• BA/BS degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Strong analytical skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with revenue automation systems (Zuora, ORMB, or other)
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred
• Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx and or Tableau preferred
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $105,000 to $235,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
