Group Detail
Tradeweb is seeking a Technical Policy Writer & Analyst to join our Risk team. The successful candidate will lead in the development and enhancement of the firm's Policy Document Management Program, Training Program, and their processes. This position will lead the entirety of the policy and process lifecycle, including document creation, review and maintenance, exceptions and approvals. This position will involve working directly with all internal business units, corporate functions and technology on a regular basis.

Job Responsibilities
- Write, format, edit, and validate various policy documents.
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise policy management, which will establish standardized policy and procedure documents across the enterprise.
- Develop and lead relevant communications and trainings for the policy program in order to embed understanding and execution within relevant businesses and functions.
- Ensure that developed policies, standards, and procedures reflect applicable regulatory requirements and supervisory guidance.
- Develop and implement a centralized Training program to monitor and report on compliance, completion rates, and additional metrics.
- Engage and collaborate with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and individuals across the businesses and functions on policy development, review, and implementation.
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities in the policy development and review processes.
- Understand, report on, and, where necessary, drive adherence to policies within relevant businesses and functions.
- Ensure all relevant policies and procedures are properly communicated to employees and are saved and made available for review on internal tools.
- Manage the Policy module for a new GRC tool and develop robust policy management reporting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in technical writing, preferably in the banking, consulting, financial services or Fintech industry
- JD/BA/BS degree in Law, English, Economics or Political Science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners across business/functional units.
- Demonstrate an understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, policy management controls, and how they interact together.
- Training/certification in policy management, project management, information security or risk management.
- Understanding in ISO 27002 Domains, NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint/Excel, reporting tools, Confluence, SharePoint, Asana are highly desired.
- Experience with Policy management/GRC tools are preferred (i.e. Archer).

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $70,000 to $160,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
