Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Tradeweb's in-house tool, Sigma, which is used for monitoring and generating reports on trading activity
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, and Risk teams to extend current frameworks for real-time monitoring of daily trading flows from end to end
- Provide risk management overlay to Tradeweb's global trading flow
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality
Qualifications
- Computer Science background or equivalent practical experience
- 2-4 years of work experience in developing solutions for large data sets
- Proficiency in Python, R or similar programming language
- Strong proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Grafana
- Excellent SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Ability to deliver insightful monitoring dashboards and reports
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and business stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of trading systems, financial markets and trade life-cycles
- Familiarity with Snowflake data warehouse platform
- Familiarity with AWS tools for data engineering
- Understanding of risk management principles and their applications in trading environments
