Operational and Technology Risk Manager

Tradeweb is seeking an Operational and Technology Risk Manager to join the Enterprise Risk Management ("ERM") team. The ERM team is a driving force in promoting a healthy and robust risk culture throughout the firm. The Operational and Technology Risk Manager will provide both an advisory and assurance function for Tradeweb's regulated entities and products, and Tradeweb's non-regulated products and services. This will heavily focus on technology.

The successful candidate will support and operationalize the Risk Management Framework program elements (e.g., risk identification and assessment, risk measurement, control testing, risk event management, issue management, scenario analysis, and risk reporting etc.) while providing a partnership with Risk and Control Owners to better identify, respond and understand their Risk footprint and how it impacts the larger Enterprise Risk Profile.

• Provide a gold standard advisory and service-oriented approach to risk management
• Aid business partners in developing their Risk Profiles including carrying out development RACMs
• Identify, Monitor, Analyze and Advise on Risks impacting the business
• Partner with second line partners to support new initiatives and risk identification
• Employ effective management of stakeholder relationships to build transparency
• Aid in Risk Reporting including presenting to the business
• Document and follow up on observations, risk events and areas for improvement through to closure providing guidance to the business on risk response methodologies
• Monitor, analyze and report on risk data and metrics (e.g., KRIs) to identify trends, patterns, and to drive targeted focus on areas for improvement
• Provide strong project management skills to help key governance and program elements supporting Issue Management, Risk Events and Risk Tolerance monitoring

• 3-6 years of experience in Risk or related roles
• Bachelor's Degree completed or relative work experience required.
• Experience in performing risk assessments, developing and presenting Risk data to partners and leadership, documenting policies and procedures, and creating RACMs
• Strong background in control testing including work paper documentation
• Knowledge and experience using BI tools and GRC tolls are preferred

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $80,000 to $125,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
