Group Details

Tradeweb is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Institutional Fixed Income Group. This role will be instrumental in the continued integration of ICD and Tradeweb, as well as in managing the institutional contract process. With regards to the integration, this role will foster collaboration across teams to align strategies, products, and operations, serving as a central link between business, technical, and executive stakeholders. The team leads integration projects, develops innovative joint offerings, and drives strategic initiatives through impactful board level and executive materials. Additional responsibilities include advancing cross-selling opportunities, enhancing marketing efforts and delivering financial insights, ensuring both organizations capture the full value of the partnership. With regards to the institutional contract process, the role will assist in the analysis of existing contracts as well as the modeling and scenario analysis for new ones. The role will also be a key part of updating the contract lifecycle process and serving as a key figure in it going forward.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with teams across the organization to support the ongoing successful integration of ICD and Tradeweb.
• Lead project management efforts for the integration, proactively identifying and resolving key issues.
• Build a deep understanding of ICD and Tradeweb products, contributing to the development of synergistic product offerings and related operational procedures.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders across the organization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop materials for board meetings and executive committee presentations.
• Maintain and enhance marketing materials for ICD in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Work with Investor Relations and business units to provide performance context for earnings cycles and MAR.
• Create and maintain templates for scoping documents, requirements gathering, and use cases to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution.
• Support timeline creation and road mapping efforts for ICD, offering insights and recommendations to inform planning and delivery.
• Assist in the sales prospecting process, with a focus on cross selling between ICD and TW.
• Act as a clear and effective communicator, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and success.
• Develop a working knowledge of existing TW institutional dealer contracts and assist in refining the contract lifecycle process.
• Partner with Finance to build and maintain models that analyze current and prospective contract scenarios, focusing on volumes and fees.
• Collaborate with Legal to summarize contracts across dealers within specific product groups.
• Develop contract-related materials for executive committee and board-level discussions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and similar functions
• Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities
• Exceptional computational and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
• Proven project management skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats; comfortable working cross-functionally with individuals at all levels
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-starter with strong initiative, high energy, and the ability to prioritize, take ownership, and deliver results

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $100,000 to $250,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
