The Market Data Product and Operations team manages the definition and execution of the next generation of data products across the Institutional, Retail and Wholesale divisions at Tradeweb.
The Market Data Product & Operations team is looking for a Junior Product Manager to work collaboratively across Tradeweb's divisions to shape and deliver the next generation of data products. The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for building out Tradeweb's commercial suite of pricing products which include end-of-day, real-time, and algorithmic prices across various fixed income markets. In addition, the Junior Product Manager will be responsible for liaising with other divisions to facilitate a unified product lifecycle management process for selected solutions outside of the Market Data Product area.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap for new pricing products and solutions brought to market.
- Expand client adoption of data products, resulting in tangible growth in data revenue, increased trading volumes, or improved client relationships.
- Work closely with Data Sales and account managers on articulating technical product features to customers.
- Produce strategy plans and proposals for senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate between data engineering and data science teams on developing new features and solutions, solving product development roadblocks and delivering on timelines.
- Conduct research on trends across the market landscape, identifying opportunities for new markets and partnerships.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions and business results in an agile framework.
- Facilitate the unified product lifecycle management process for assigned solutions across the firm.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of product management experience in Fixed Income Markets, Data Analytics, and/or Management Consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related data discipline (Finance, Mathematics, Economics and/or Computer Science).
- Technical expertise working in Python, SQL, Tableau and other BI tools is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering tangible business results by collaborating with various teams and working with large data assets.
- Motivated leader who thrives on creating a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity.
- Ability to concisely articulate complex information in both verbal and written form.
- Strong interpersonal skills to both partner and influence key stakeholders.

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $115,000 to $130,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
