Associate, ICD Business & Account Management

Overview
This role provides critical support to ICD's International business by managing day-to-day operational and client-facing activities, enabling senior management to focus on strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will work across business operations and account management, helping to streamline internal processes, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management

• Oversee contract management across ICD's international markets, working closely with US teams.
• Support senior management by tracking KPIs, financials, workforce planning, and performance against goals.
• Assist with business reporting, risk oversight, and continuity planning.
• Provide guidance on administrative and regulatory projects, and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives aimed at expanding the international footprint.
• Support product launches and help streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary workflow.
• Research and monitor the competitive landscape, providing insights to improve business performance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Account Management

• Partner with the Sales team to maintain and grow revenue from existing clients.
• Build trusted relationships with client treasury teams and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Introduce clients to new ICD functionality, investment products, and service offerings.
• Work closely with product, trading, support, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Coordinate responses to client requests, resolving issues promptly and accurately.
• Monitor account performance and ensure reporting is delivered to a high standard.

Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years' experience in business management, account management, or financial services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Interest in financial markets and eagerness to contribute to a growing international business. Familiarity with Money Market Funds (MMFs), including product knowledge, Fund management and client use cases.
