Who we're looking for

At TFS, we're embarking on a technology transformation journey, creating next generation products and platforms. These products enable TFS to provide a best-in-class experience to our customers and partners and position us to rapidly scale to realize our vision of mobility for all by enabling freedom of movement for everyone.

We are seeking a Technology Operations Analyst support strategic and operational functions across Technology Vendor Management and IT Service Management (ITSM), while also contributing to technology strategy planning, regulatory engagements, and policy/procedure governance.

This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor vendor performance, support onboarding/offboarding, and manage contract updates
  • Collaborate on incident, problem, and change management; maintain ITSM tools and reporting
  • Contribute to technology roadmaps and executive planning materials
  • Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Draft and maintain technology policies and procedures
  • Facilitate communication across teams and track strategic initiatives

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations, vendor management, service management, or technology governance.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), vendor management practices, and/or regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting/visualization tools (including Power BI or similar).

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience supporting technology strategy or IT policy planning.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with vendor risk management tools (including Service Now, Archer, and/or OneTrust.
  • Understanding of governance frameworks (including at least one of the following: ITIL, NIST, COBIT).
