Who we're looking for

Toyota's Business Technology Platforms, SAP Delivery Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Sr. SAP Functional Analyst - Fixed Assets/Project Systems.

The primary responsibility of this role is to own the Functional side for SAP Fixed Assets, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Project Systems.

Reporting to the Manager - Finance (RTR/Vertex/General Ledger), the person in this role will support the OneTech Business Technology Platforms department's objective to provide strong hands-on functional and design expertise within complex enterprise system environments, strategically support business initiatives, and work in a fast-paced team atmosphere effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand current conditions and identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Analyze, re-design and implement processes where applicable to enhance Fixes Assets, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Project Systems and SAP
  • Troubleshoot and identify gaps in the integration points between Toyota's SAP landscape
  • Work with Toyota's Production Support provider to prioritize and resolve issues
  • Lead and look at support packs/enhance packs required for Toyota
  • Establish project and operations KPI. Measure plan vs. actual
  • Develop improvement plans
  • Communicate accurate status of deliverables, SLA, Risk, and issues
  • Stay current on future strategic directions and support co-workers to meet additional team goals

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or similar
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP Finance in the Fixed Assets space with hands on configuration in Construction in Progress (CIP), maintaining/creating fixed assets (addition, retirements, transfers and depreciation)
  • Experience with multiple ledgers covering GAAP, Regulatory and Tax, Roll forward, variance analysis, reporting and other month-end and year-end close out tasks, in addition to supporting quarterly financial and SOX audits
  • 5+ years hands on experience in Project System (PS) module full lifecycle from project creation to settlement with integration experience with other modules (CO, FI, MM, SD, and PP)
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with troubleshooting integrated applications

Added bonus if you have

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, or similar
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • SAP Certificationa
  • Experience with OSS notes, Support Packs, Enhancement Packs, Version upgrades
  • Experience with hands-on configuration in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Experience in S4HANA version 1909 or 2020 or above
  • Ability to work with large, distributed teams (onshore and offshore) with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities
  • Experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure culture environment with multiple moving projects
