The primary responsibility of this role is to support and enhance data workflows using Tableau and Alteryx.

Reporting to the Aftersales Finance Manager, the person in this role will support the Finance department's objective to deliver reliable and well-documented analytics tools that empower business decision-making.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows to support business reporting and analytics needs.
  • Run and monitor scheduled workflows, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, dashboard performance, and data integrity.
  • Clean and transform data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
  • Propose and implement improvements to existing workflows and dashboards.
  • Perform other duties as required.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in a related field
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards
  • Intermediate skills in data visualization (Tableau) and data preparation/automation (Alteryx)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to Senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence within and across teams

Added bonus if you have:

  • Professional certifications related to data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Alteryx Designer Core)
  • Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience using Python or advanced SQL for data transformation and automation
  • Experience with SAP systems and integrating SAP data into analytics workflows
