Who we're looking for
Toyota's OneTech Service Parts Team is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, learning focused individual. The team supports the Service Parts Supply Chain department involving the Part Centers and Part Distribution Centers warehouses and the systems that enable them.

The Sr. Analyst will play a key role in the Incident Management process to ensure our business customers aren't overly impacted due to system related issues, as well as being involved in the Change Management & Problem Management processes. The Sr. Analyst will lend their expertise to new projects that are part of the Service Parts portfolio and support all core systems.
This individual will collaborate with company customers, staff members, OneTech colleagues, business partners and other stakeholders. The Sr. Analyst must demonstrate strong initiative, relationship building and influential communication skills in addition to applying the Toyota Way principles. The Sr. Analyst will support the Supply Chain's vision to provide the right products and services at the right time and place, contributing to an extraordinary ownership experience and Toyota's success.
What you'll be doing
- Lead for Part Centers/Parts Distribution Centers mission critical applications, WMS (Warehouse Mgmt. System), WLP (Workload Planning), YMS (Yard Mgmt. System) and Connectship, responsible for design, development, integration, code review and implementations.
- Lead new technology implementations & integrations within the Service Parts fulfillment team, AGV (automated guided vehicles) / rack automation (Goods to Person), Co-Bots, RFID and Tugger automation.
- Partner with Vendor to lead development on project and enhancement backlogs.
- Lead for problem & incident management, including daily ticket monitoring & health check reviews.
- Encourage & coach team on Scrum framework, including backlog management.
- Monitor and optimize the cloud implementation for technical and cost efficiencies.
- Understand changing business needs and recommend technology strategies for the future.
- Participate in the strategic planning and development of core business systems. Translate vision into POCs, solutions, and technical roadmaps.
- Drive intelligent automation practice such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Machine Learning (ML) to deliver on business needs through direct development and/or business partner collaboration.
- Apply disciplined software development processes and utilize leading edge technologies to engineer and implement automated solutions to business problems.
- Focus on application design, integration, cloud migration/modernization, and vendor code quality.
What you bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- 5 -7 years of experience in application design, integration and warehouse management systems
- Deep knowledge of progressive, broad-based IT experience successfully implementing complex IT applications and /or developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business challenges and opportunities
- Experience with application modernization planning and execution (platform migrations, re-architecting and application / functionality consolidation)
- Ability to identify and manage issues, risks, and project impediments with a focus on execution, quality, and on-time project delivery
- Knowledge in managing across a mixed, complex portfolio and technology stack, residing across multiple technology platforms with expertise in complex application transformation efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts, influence and persuade others, and make recommendations to management
- Ability to successfully manage several projects simultaneously while balancing the workload and constraints of each
- Experience implementing and/or supporting business-critical systems where volume, performance, and uptime reliability are critical
Added bonus if you have
- Business knowledge of related industry and service parts supply chain experience
- Detailed knowledge and experience with technologies and methodologies deployed within the Automotive Supply Chain
- Technical Skills:
- Mainframe/AS400 knowledge/experience
- Coding skills in Python, Java, Node-JS or Go
- Knowledgeable in SOX controls and associated audit procedures
