Who we're looking for
Toyota's Intelligent Business Automation Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior RPA Automation Analyst. The primary responsibility of this role is to work with the RPA teams and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent business automation across the enterprise, while supporting and improving internal processes to improve delivery.
Reporting to the department's Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Intelligent Business Automation Department department's objective to drive automation across the enterprise, working with customers at all levels of the Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) organization to increase productivity through automation.
Additionally, this role is an extremely customer focused individual who understands the importance of enabling our internal business customers and is dedicated to improving business processes and creating superior team member experience.
What you'll be doing
- Support the delivery and sustainment of process automation across the enterprise by working with business customers to understand business needs, requirements and business process flow and assess priorities utilizing RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) processes
- Facilitate and lead the RPA governance process and help track and manage deliverables from key business partners. Facilitate discussions with internal TMNA IT groups, such as Business Application teams, Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, etc.to achieve project deliverables
- Work with vendors, internal and external teams to understand and leverage emerging automation trends and capabilities to provide the best automation outcomes
- Manage internal and external dependencies, collaborate with stakeholders and process owners, managers, operations, and customer teams to deliver Toyota's automation objectives
- Act as a champion and advocate for Automation working across the organization to increase visibility and adoption

What you bring
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation, including development, business analysis, and/or support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to partner with other individuals and organizations to understand automation needs and opportunities
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with UiPath suite of products including UiPath Deployment Architecture, Automation Cloud, Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, Apps, Automation Ops, Document Understanding, Insights, Integration Service, Task Mining, Test Manager, and Computer vision
Added bonus if you have
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification
- Experience in other automation tools, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) and AI tools
