Who we're looking for

Toyota's Parts & Accessory Sales Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst - Toyota Mechanical Parts Strategy.

The primary responsibility of this role is to support price matching programs, rebate incentives, and additional incentive programs. You will also partner with Business Partners on mechanical programs and other prospective partners to launch new and/or improve existing mechanical programs. You will need to have a strong understanding of the market, ability to make changes and/or implement those changes, and be comfortable analyzing large data sets to ensure competitiveness.

This role will be reporting to the Manager Parts Sales Operations under Integrated Customer Experience,

What you'll be doing

  • Develop & execute TMNA sales growth strategies focusing on mechanical parts with Toyota Region and PD field teams.
  • Consult with existing and future business partners to evaluate price match programs to increase dealer utilization and increase mechanical parts sales.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted parts sales strategies and increase total parts sales and market share of mechanical parts.
  • Conduct external research to evaluate future growth opportunities and partnerships that would generate additional mechanical part sales.
  • Evaluate region and dealer performance using key performance indicators (KPI's) and develop and implement effective solutions for growing mechanical parts sales.
  • Develop materials to promote TMNA mechanical parts programs that can be utilized by the Toyota Region field teams & dealerships.
  • Collaborate with business partners to launch new mechanical parts program and conduct training to educate the field teams to ensure a successful launch.

What you bring

  • BA/BS (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Strategic Communications, Journalism or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in service, parts, strategy development, planning, and/or strategic communication. (5+ years)
  • Demonstrated program administration experience.
  • Strong communicator with proven strategic planning experience. (3+ years)
  • Excellent PowerPoint visualization skills as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Previous dealer or service/parts experience.
  • Experience as an OEM field traveler (DSPM, DM, etc.)
  • Experience in data analytics or data management using related tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, Alteryx, etc.).
