Who we're looking for

Toyota's OneTech, Supply Chain Systems Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is the central point of contact for all OneTech activity, including Site Services, infrastructure initiatives, such as infrastructure upgrades and changes, local and enterprise application/project rollout support, and partnering with Infrastructure/Application for expansions and new sites. This role is additionally responsible for leading/overseeing the efforts of a team of contract staff locally and nationally under a managed services agreement to deliver best in class support for Parts and TLS field facilities.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Systems, Field Operations, the person in this role will support the Supply Chain Systems department's objective to deliver IT and operational support across TLS ports, marshalling yards, parts centers, parts distribution centers, and logistics facilities..

What you'll be doing

  • Site lead Team Member for all OneTech maintenance and problem-solving activities at Parts Distribution Centers and TLS Field Facilities, including infrastructure, local and enterprise applications, and kaizens.
  • Deliver operational excellence to support 24x7 operations nationally across 15 Parts Distribution Centers and 9 TLS field facilities all providing critical support functions for 1,482 Toyota and Lexus dealers.
  • Lead and support a team of Managed Services contingent workers delivering OneTech end-user deskside and production support services for Parts and TLS field facilities.
  • Support various OneTech related project activities, including infrastructure upgrades, local and enterprise applications deployment support and systems for Parts and TLS Field facilities. Including regional robotic automation initiatives.

What you bring

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 or more years of demonstrated functional work experience.
  • High-level communication skills to influence and persuade others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts to make recommendations to management.
  • This position requires 50% travel to other sites.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Added bonus if you have

  • Detailed knowledge and experience with technologies and methodologies within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Master's Degree
  • Experience working in the Toyota environment
  • Experience working in warehouse and/or vehicle logistics domain.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,600.00 - $147,200.00.Paid holidays and paid time off : The company offers 120 hours of vacation, 24 hours personal holiday, 13 company observed holidays, and 80 hours of accrued sick time.
