Who we're looking for
Lexus is looking for a passionate, qualified, and motivated Strategy Senior Analyst to join our newly formed Strategy & Communications team within the Marketing department. We are a collaborative team that is imaginative, thoughtful, and brave in all that we do and create.
Reporting to the Strategy & Communications Manager, the person in this role will:
- Support the Lexus Division and Marketing department's objectives, while elevating the Lexus brand to new heights within the luxury industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic alignment
- Leverage marketing tools and analyze data to inform strategic planning
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external partners
What you'll be doing
- Implement the Lexus Marketing annual planning process by conducting strategic planning sessions with cross-functional teams to ensure that strategic actions align with division and marketing objectives
- Apply the brand strategy direction to drive the success of the Lexus brand while identifying opportunities for enhancements to align with best-in-class marketing practices
- Build familiarity with business analytics' initiatives to ensure they consistently support marketing objectives and deliverables
- Utilize marketing tools and interpret data to promote more informed decision making and effective strategies
- Communicate findings and recommendations with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee marketing operations programs focused on optimizing creative workflows and enhancing media accountability through audits
- Manage agency and relationship initiatives including agency scope and fee management
- Develop curriculum and training materials to enhance Marketing Team member capabilities

What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, can apply strategic thinking, problem solving, and hypothesis-driven data analysis
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, and inform teams to guide strategic decisions
- Proven ability to effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple project timelines to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization
- Strong communication skills and business acumen to understand corporate strategy and present actionable findings to management
- Collaborative spirit to build healthy relationships with internal and external partners, including managing agencies and/or business partners
- Experience in marketing, consumer insights, product, corporate planning, advertising, and/or sales
- Proficiency in MS Office software
Added bonus if you have
- MBA or other applicable advanced degree
- Relevant experience applying prominent marketing strategy models for a large global luxury brand
- Experience related to and understanding of the automotive marketplace
