Who we're looking for
PDLC Implementation lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the TFS Chief Product Officer (CPO) organization with responsibility to design, implement and oversee the adoption of Product Development Life Cycle management framework for our organization. He/She will be managing the PDLC Readiness Check point Management process with focus around quality, completeness and Integrity of PDLC Readiness check points. This multifaceted role combines cross-organization interactions, Domain enablement and planning, PDLC oversight and PDLC Deviation Management.
What you'll be doing
Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) Management
- Support organization wide implementation of PDLC framework
- Collaboratively work with the PDLC Readiness checkpoint owners to translate the Readiness Check point designs to Operating procedures for the organization as the PDLC is embraced by the organization.
- Ensure routines for PDLC Practice oversight are well defined and implemented
- Work with appropriate stakeholders to translate the Process requirements to product requirements for PDLC management tool, that helps implement PDLC Readiness Checkpoints
- Support the organizational Change management process during the PDLC framework roll out
- Ensure periodic Certifications to PDLC Requirements working with various stake holders
- Conduct in-depth analyses of PDLC requirements compliance performance, identifying areas for improvement for better adoption
Governance and Compliance
- Responsible for overseeing PDLC controls, and manage risk, audit and regulatory requirements, communication and deliverables associated PDLC governance.
- Recommend and implement solutions understanding the organizational challenges in adopting to PDLC framework.
- Analytics and Insights about PDLC metrics and drive measures in improving Speed and reducing risk
- Work closely with Checkpoint Owners to understand the challenges and streamline the Product Check point operations
- Manage the PDLC Deviation management process, to ensure Remediation is tracked well to progress and ensure that the leadership attention is sought through escalation routines
Enhanced Stakeholder Collaboration
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including product managers, business leaders, and external partners, to ensure alignment of technology and business strategies.
- Work in cross-functional teams in strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving consensus across diverse groups.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to advocate for the strategic value of technology investments.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in business or IT, or equivalent education and related training
- 10+ years of leadership, enterprise technology and operation experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile practices and Product Management practices
- Strong experience with Product lifecycle management, Product Governance and Product operations
- Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with executives.
- Knowledge of current and emerging IT trends, technologies, and best practices in portfolio and application management.
- Change management and organizational transformation experience.
Added bonus if you have
- Preferred experience in top-tier relevant banking industry or large financial institution experience
- Moderate understanding of enterprise technology stacks and hands-on experiences with technology strategic planning and architecture.
- Visionary thinking with the ability to anticipate future technological trends and their potential business impact.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills, able to advocate for technology strategies at the executive level.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business teams.
