Who we're looking for
The TFS Identity and Access Management (IAM) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior IAM Governance Analyst. The IAM Governance Analyst will collaborate with various teams to drive continuous improvements in IAM governance and compliance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies within TFS. This role demands technical expertise, and a deep understanding of financial and audit regulations. We are looking at self-motivated individuals who are highly detail-oriented and take pride in their deliverables.
Reporting to the IAM Governance Manager, the person in this role will join the IAM team for implementation and management of a comprehensive IAM governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures, to ensure consistent and effective IAM practices across the organization.
This role is located in our Plano, TX headquarters and is hybrid in nature, with a mix of in office days and some days working remotely; this could change in the future based on business needs. Candidates are expected to live within a commutable distance to Plano, TX.
What you'll be doing
- Policy and Procedure Management: Maintain IAM policies, procedures, standards and methodology for the organization that will be consumed by business and technology stakeholders. Revise annually and as required.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Create and maintain IAM governance dashboards and reports for senior management, providing insights into the organization's IAM posture and compliance status.
- Internal and External Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to facilitate audits, providing the necessary documentation, evidence, and support to ensure successful compliance.
- Access Control Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address IAM compliance gaps, ensuring timely remediation and risk mitigation.
- IAM Initiatives: Lead the development and implementation of IAM governance initiatives, including user access reviews, role-based access controls, and segregation of duties. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline IAM governance processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

What you bring
- Progressive years of experience in Enterprise Compliance, information security, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with audit teams and stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic mindset, capable of balancing security needs with business objectives
- A continuous improvement approach, always seeking ways to optimize IAM governance and compliance
Added bonus if you have
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Experience with regulatory frameworks such as FDIC, FFIEC, SOX, GDPR, NIST, or COBIT
- Compliance certification CISSP, CISM, CISA certification(s)
- Knowledge of the tools supporting access management, privileged access management, identity governance (Active Directory, SailPoint, Okta, Centrify, Delinea, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analytics to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency
- Ability to assess risk, root cause analysis, and implement best practices
- Experience leading initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration
