Who we're looking for

Toyota Financial Services Finance Products Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Finance Programs Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, review, administer, and evaluate retail and lease product and programs for TFS Private Label.

Reporting to the Finance Products Program Manager, the person in this role will support the Finance Products department's objective to administer and evaluate products and programs that support the strategic goals of increasing market share and strengthening our client relationships. The role will involve close collaboration with Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) Programs Department.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing, reviewing, and uploading monthly subvention program and billing data using SaaS applications such as Tableau Prep and Excel with Macros, and Python.
  • Designing and creating program Financial Service Bulletins to effectively communicate program information and specifications to dealer and field teams.
  • Developing and managing Tableau program dashboard reports for field, MNAO, and executive review.
  • Providing support to field sales teams by leading training sessions on programs and processes.
  • Utilizing SQL to build scalable and efficient queries, including ad hoc reports.
  • Automating and improving administrative processes using Macros, Python, Tableau Prep, and Power Automate.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field required.
  • 2+ years of work experience in automotive finance.
  • Advanced technical and analysis skills, which include proficiency in SQL or similar language, Tableau applications (such as Tableau Prep and Tableau Desktop), and Excel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborating effectively with team members across the organization and OEM partners.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong eagerness to learn.

Added bonus if you have

  • MBA in Finance, Data Analytics, Business or related field preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in Python, Excel VBA, and Macros preferred.
  • Lucid chart experience is a plus.
