The primary responsibility of this role is to implement and operate the ERM program. This role will involve executing risk assessments, enhancing and analyzing risk data, conducting training sessions, facilitating workshops, and reporting.
Reporting to the Enterprise Risk Management Sr. Manager, the person in this role will support the Internal Audit department's objective to develop a comprehensive, integrated approach to identifying, assessing, and managing risks that could impact an organization's ability to achieve its strategic objectives. By aligning risk management with the organization's strategy, ERM aims to enhance decision-making, improve business continuity, and foster a strong risk-aware culture.
What you'll be doing
- Providing expertise in the design and implementation of the ERM framework, including risk data standards and operating procedures for assessment, analysis, and reporting.
- Leading and facilitating discussions with key functional leaders across the enterprise for risk identification, assessment, prioritization, documenting controls, reporting, and monitoring.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify risks that could impact the organization and facilitate the scoring for appropriate risk response.
- Developing training materials and facilitating education sessions for key functional business units on risk management practices.
- Supporting the maintenance of ERM policies, processes, procedures, tools, and systems.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management or consulting, with a focus on enterprise risk.
- Technical proficiency with risk and control data, risk assessment tools, and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Added bonus if you have
- Advanced degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Archer, ServiceNow, Workiva, AuditBoard, TeamMate+, or GRC solutions
- Relevant Risk Management certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), etc.)
- Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) for business
