Toyota's 12-14-week internship and co-op program is designed to build a strong talent pipeline by providing university students with meaningful, hands-on experience that can lead to future full-time employment. Our North American locations are looking for qualified students to fill Summer 2026/Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Internships and Co-Ops for the following areas across the enterprise:
- Accounting & Finance (Summer Only)
- Sales & Marketing (Summer Only)
- Brand Engagement Center (Summer-12 Month Rotation)
- Purchasing Supplier Development (Summer Only)
- Product Support
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Human Resources
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the right to work in the United States and not require Toyota sponsorship for immigration-related employment (including, but not limited to H-1B, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, TN, or F-1 OPT extension) now or in the future
- Minimum GPA of 2.7 or higher
- Must have completed at least one full academic year at a two- or four-year college or university post-high school (sophomore standing or above)
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, accredited degree program (this includes both two-year and four-year colleges) studying in a business discipline or related field, such as:
- Business Administration
- Business Management
- Logistics
- Supply Chain/Operations Management
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Human Resources
- Data and Analytics
- Economics
- Accounting & Finance
What you'll be doing
- Project Support and Execution: Assist with ongoing projects by contributing to planning, research, and execution. The projects vary depending on the field.
- Networking and collaboration: Grow professional network through participating in team meetings and communicating cross-functionally.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Interns are encouraged to observe current practices and suggest improvements. This may include observing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, proposing new methods, or supporting implementation.
- Administrative Support: Assist your team with organization of files, records, or databases to aid overall functionality.
