Who we're looking for

Toyota's Enterprise Risk - IT Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Sr. Analyst.

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program which encompasses the governance of Technology Recovery (aka Disaster Recovery), Business Continuity and Vendor Continuity at TFS. The BCM Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, maturing, and administering TFS' BCM Program. They will coordinate with the Business Recovery Plan and Technology Recovery Plan Owners to improve and mature the overall BCM Program.

The BCM Sr. Analyst is responsible for monitoring and reporting BCM Program metrics to Senior Leadership. This position should expect to liaise with all departments within the enterprise as well as external vendors, contractors, suppliers and affiliates. This position has technical components that will require the candidate to have some technical competence and understanding of TFS' IT infrastructure functions.

What you'll be doing

• Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the company's Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program including Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Vendor Continuity
• Provide effective second line challenge and oversight of BCM plans.
• Develop, review and enhance Business Continuity Management policy, programs and procedures
• Provide periodic reporting for Senior Management

What you bring
• Bachelor's degree in emergency Mgmt., Risk Mgmt., Business studies, Safety or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry).
• Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO

Added bonus if you have
• 5+ years of relevant work experience (in similar field and/or industry)
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Business Continuity Manager (CBCM), or equivalent
• 2+ years financial services, preferably auto finance experience
• Ability to develop and document process maps for control processes
• Experience with Governance, Risk, Compliance systems (Archer eGRC) a plus
• Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are desirable
