Who we're looking for

Toyota's Supply Chain Management is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate North America (NA) finished vehicles export shipment to assigned destinations. Reporting to the Manager - Supply Chain, the person in this role will support the Export Management Operations objective to achieve operational excellence for quality, delivery and cost through continuous improvement and effective collaboration with our associates, NA affiliates and business partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee & coordinate N.A. Finished Vehicles export shipments to assigned destinations
  • Regional Customer Support including carrier & route performance mgt., problem solving, crisis mgt., inventory & ETA mgt.
  • Accounting and administrative tasks for assigned countries
  • Special projects and developmental/growth activities: participating in and leading projects/initiatives with department- to company-wide impact, preparing and presenting operational plans/strategies/business cases, flexible job assignments to support team and division priorities, including, cross-training/backup to other positions, redefinition of job tasks to adjust to changing business needs, and job rotations
  • Maintenance and update of standard procedures to support assigned countries and stabilize/improve customer service activities
  • Maintain SOX Compliance

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Microsoft Office intermediate or above proficiency
  • Experience in a role multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time effectively
  • Experience in a role presenting to all organizational levels internally and externally
  • Experience in fast paced, customer service focused environment
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or Logistics
  • Problem solving and or Toyota Production System (TPS) experience
