Who we're looking for
Toyota's Vehicle Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated compliance professional whose primary responsibility is to help Toyota mitigate risk and liability through maintaining an accurate and up-to-date driver screening program for 35,000 plus Team Members and their eligible family members.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the driver screening program and manage activities supporting the safe driving in the Team Member Lease Vehicle Program.
What you'll be doing
Managing Vehicle Services Lease Vehicle Systems
- Oversee driver screening program for the operation of Company vehicles
- Manage team member relations and concerns for vehicle lease program
- Prepare and facilitate Vehicle Safety Committee situational reviews
- Provide customer support to team members for enrollment into motor vehicle record monitoring
- Maintain driver profiles in eVehicle and SambaSafety systems
- Support the relationships and needs between Vehicle Services, Risk Management (CIRM), and Legal
- Serve as SME for Company vehicle policy and operating guidelines
- Manage and oversee annual safety awareness campaign and newsletter initiatives
Managing processes
- Driver enrollment into motor vehicle record monitoring
- Vehicle Safety Committee situational review process
- Annual vehicle safety awareness programs
- Bi-annual vehicle safety newsletter distribution
What you bring
- Strong experience managing a safety or compliance program
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Compliance
- Experience in working with matters that are highly confidential in nature
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present to management within organization.
- Proven ability to effectively solve problems in the workplace
- Excellent and proven customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Experience in working with Motor Vehicle Records
- Proven experience in handling confidential information
