Who we're looking for

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst, Asset Management, to support the lifecycle management of end-user hardware assets. This individual will play a key role in managing inventory accuracy, supporting governance and reporting needs, and contributing to the maturity of our Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes within ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate has experience working with IT asset data, is process-minded, and is comfortable working with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and support operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets: receiving, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in ServiceNow and other supporting systems.
  • Assist in designing and optimizing HAM processes aligned to ITIL best practices.
  • Partner with procurement, finance, deskside support, security, and engineering teams to ensure asset data consistency.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor asset inventory, lifecycle status, and compliance metrics.
  • Conduct regular asset audits and reconciliation efforts across various locations.
  • Analyze asset data to identify trends, support audits, and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide documentation and training support related to asset management procedures and systems.

What you bring

  • Experience in IT Asset Management with a focus on hardware asset tracking and lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Management (preferably HAM Pro module).
  • Understanding of ITIL concepts and asset lifecycle best practices
  • Familiarity with discovery and endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, JAMF).
  • Strong Excel/reporting skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Added bonus if you have

  • ServiceNow HAM certification or hands-on configuration experience.
  • Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM) practices.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX or ISO 19770.
