A Day in the Life:

As the Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing business actions to hit financial targets for the Tory Burch online and Full Price store business in North America.

The typical day is... atypical. You will be leading the assortment decisions during markets and partner with Global Merchandising on future product opportunities, based on trends to drive sales. You are influential with the team, Leadership and Cross-Functional partners.

You are entrepreneurial and will review the business to identify opportunities - product, shape, class, and color analysis. You will build strong cross functional partnership with Planning, Allocations, Visual and Site Merchandising, and Digital Operations for 360 strategy execution. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team who share your passion for excellence and be responsible for fostering a positive team environment and inspiring them.

To Land This Role:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• 7+ years of retail buying experience in a luxury or service driven environment
• Ability to build partnership with direct managers and cross functional partners.
• Analyze the business to gain an understanding of prior performance and develop future goals
• Strength in managing time for self and team to meet deadlines
• Resourceful when problem solving and able to anticipate change in business trends
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Business acumen with entrepreneurial spirit
• Agility to prioritize based on needs of the business

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 135,000.00 USD - 150,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
