Responsibilities
Our Wellbeing Team is a multidisciplinary group of experts responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing strategy and programs for all Trust & Safety teams at Tiktok. Our programs are designed to support and promote positive wellbeing and psychological health, as well as promote a healthy working environment and culture at TikTok.
This is a first-of-its-kind role at Tiktok. The Wellbeing Program Lead will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of our organization's wellbeing programs. Reporting to the Head of Wellbeing Solutions, Education and Research, this is responsible for the ownership of the Wellbeing Needs Assessment framework, program evaluation, and the development & monitoring of success metrics. The Wellbeing Program Lead will also lead the design, enhancement, and content development of wellbeing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our overall wellbeing strategy.

This is a new opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams both internally and outside the company to provide scalable wellbeing and psychological health solutions, and make strong impacts on the company's growth and the wellbeing of its people.
Candidates should have a solid background in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders are also essential.
Some of the things you'll do:
- Own, develop, and maintain a comprehensive Wellbeing Needs Assessment Framework.
- In partnership with the wellbeing research team, develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs.
- Define & report on success metrics and KPIs to track program outcomes.
- Design and enhance wellbeing programs that address identified needs and align with organizational goals.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in wellbeing and incorporate them into program design.
- Contribute to the overall wellbeing strategy to align with the organization's overall mission and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the wellbeing strategy, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- PhD. or Masters in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field
- 5 years experience in designing, evaluating and supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context
- Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders at all levels within organisations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 40% post-COVID)
