About the Team
Our Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and business partners.
As the Wellbeing Partnership and Operations Lead, you will direct a team of multidisciplinary experts responsible for expanding regional programs into global ones through coordinating resources and following up on results and post-mortems. Further, you will support our content review business partners and partner success teams to ensure that our partners' wellness support for our outsourced teams is in line with our strategy.

Candidates should have a solid background in working as a subject matter expert in employee wellbeing. Strong relationship building skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple stakeholders would be essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary experts to tailor, implement and manage regional wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework; provide specialist subject matter expertise and input into program design, implementation and evaluation
- Proactively manage expectations of all interested stakeholders by providing clear program roadmaps, milestone dates, and global program updates
- Work with the Wellbeing leadership team to design and manage organizational strategy to ensure alignment across regions
- Meet on a regularly scheduled cadence to review and staff wellbeing programming outcomes with our partner vendors and Wellbeing Program Manager reports
- Review existing program structure of partner vendors, and ensure alignment with requirements outlined within the statement of work
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in project management
- Ability to read and interpret wellbeing data findings
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Experience in health / wellness fields
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30%)
Desirable:
- Experience of independently leading work streams/projects within larger programmes.
- Degree in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
