As our Industry Strategist for Content & Services, you'll stand at the exciting intersection of creativity, data, and explosive business growth. You'll anticipate key decisions, persistently explore industry trends, and clearly articulate how TikTok can scale their businesses.

Responsibilities
- Drive Industry Strategy: Create compelling value propositions and strong points of view for various industries such as entertainment, food and bev, education, finance, tech, and more that our sales teams can use to develop winning go-to-market strategies.
- Turn Insights into Action: Partner with Marketing Science, Data Science, and Product teams to uncover industry trends and translate them into practical strategies that help businesses grow.
- Develop Winning Motions: Build creative solutions, shape playbooks, and strategic value packages that address specific industry challenges and opportunities.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Bring a consultative approach to clients at scale, helping them understand and leverage TikTok's unique advantages for their business goals.
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Marketing Solutions, Marketing Campaigns, and Sales teams to scale vertical intelligence across the organization.
- Deeply Understand Industry Decision-Makers: Identify key influencers, their networks, and content consumption habits to effectively reach them, shape their perspectives, and grow market share.
- Shape Product Development: Work directly with Product teams to represent client needs and influence platform features that drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in a Content & Services industry (education, entertainment, finance, insurance, real estate, tech, etc.) with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate and connect data to compelling business insights and strategies.
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with decision-makers and deliver impactful presentations.
- Must be able to foster executive relationships with genuine interest in customers' success.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or strategy roles where you've demonstrated business impact.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Interest and familiarity with adtech and automated solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital advertising, particularly social media or video platforms.
- Understanding of advertising technology and measurement.
- Track record of building plans that influence marketing decision-makers.
- Experience using advertising data to craft media strategy.
