The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is continually championing and optimizing TikTok LIVE by working with creators to ensure a creative, fun, and safe space for all of our users.
We are seeking a results-driven Vertical Creator Lead to oversee TikTok LIVE's creator operations in for French markets. In this high-impact role, you will lead a team focused on driving revenue growth through recruiting, managing, and scaling top-performing LIVE creators. You will define and execute strategies that grow our creator ecosystem and directly impact commercial success.
This is not a marketing/branding role - it is a commercial and strategic leadership position with a focus on revenue delivery and creator monetization.

Responsibilities
- Own and deliver revenue targets for the French LIVE creator verticals, using performance metrics and analytics to optimize results.
- Build, manage and scale a high-performing sales and creator operations team; mentor direct reports and establish clear KPIs and accountability frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end strategies to recruit, retain, and grow creators who can succeed financially on TikTok LIVE.
- Deeply understand the local LIVE creator ecosystem and develop programs that align creators' strengths with our monetization objectives.
- Use data and performance insights to make business decisions and drive scalable growth in creator earnings and content output.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, marketing, policy, and finance teams to support monetization innovation and problem-solving.
- Manage internal reporting on revenue, budget forecasts, and creator performance against targets.
- Champion creator success and create sustainable growth mechanisms for both exclusive and non-exclusive creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5 years of experience in a sales, commercial operations, or creator/content monetization role; LIVE streaming industry experience is a strong plus.
- 3 years of managing high-performance teams, including hiring, coaching, setting and achieving revenue goals.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Track record of scaling creator programs, managing pipelines, and driving measurable growth in revenue and engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate strategy clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, building operational structures, and influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Experience in LIVE-streaming, creator/influencer economy, digital entertainment, or talent management.
- Background in multinational companies or managing multicultural teams.
