About the team
The User Growth team focuses on driving new user acquisition programs through various performance marketing channels and strategies. They develop and improve in-app features to drive installs and user retention. The USDS UG team simultaneously focuses on growth strategies within our US market and helps improve global teams.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities
- Familiar with user growth businesses, and understand user growth product functions and strategies
- Responsible for user growth deep dives, investigation, testing strategy and other growth-related business requirements and provide guidance to deliver all key project milestones and outcomes to optimize growth results-related strategies
- Work independently as the evaluation and investigation project designer, deeply understand the business, and be responsible for the overall process of the project, including planning, implementation and providing high-quality evaluation analysis to help with product optimization
- Work closely with PM and RD to elaborate and optimize relevant evaluation standards or guidelines and output project SOPs to ensure that the evaluation meets expectations
- Work closely with multiple business partners to ensure business metrics improvement and workflow optimization
- Other Ad-hoc and relevant projects as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or related technical/quantitative fields
- 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical role involving user growth/product optimization/business analytics/performance marketing
- In-depth understanding of user growth strategies of social media platforms or mass consumer products
- Experience in SQL/Excel/R/Python/Tableau. Familiar with common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression)

Preferred Qualifications
- Good communication skills as a collaborative team player in a cross-functional environment. Ability to synthesize and communicate complex concepts and analyses in an easy to understand way
- Able to manage cross-functional operational efforts, working with data delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure the smooth rollout of projects
- Passionate about user growth, social media and short video products

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $188522 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
