TPM - Edge Strategy

Responsibilities

Edge Strategy is part of the broader Infrastructure Engineering group, and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our edge infrastructure, growing and managing partnerships with Internet Service Providers (ISP), and working closely with engineering teams on the evolution of our edge infrastructure to drive new approaches to supporting demand.

As an Edge Strategy - TPM, you'll own both Infrastructure Engineering group's Edge infrastructure end to end delivery projects and develop mid to long-term Global Edge/Network Infrastructure supply strategy, collaborate on deployment Americas and EMEA regional strategies to enhance growth, scale, and performance. Also, act as the liaison of Edge Sourcing and Strategy team, primarily engage with Regional Strategy managers to steer cross regional efforts, and partner cross functional teams to ensure we deliver the projects on time.

- Develop and execute Global Edge/Network Infrastructure supply strategy aligned with regional strategy for mid to long-term approaches
- Oversight overall Infrastructure Engineering group's end to end project delivery and program management
- Steering Regional Strategy developments for both AMER and EMEA and driving cross regional projects from planning to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison for Edge Sourcing and Strategy team to align with cross-functional teams and drive innovative approaches to delivering traffic with the lowest possible cost and scalability
- Drive and deliver high-impact, cross-functional programs that focus on improving quality and efficiency of internal systems and processes, as well as enhancing our partners' experience.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal strategy and sourcing team members as well as crossfunctional teams and stakeholders; actively tracking and reporting progress for all projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong project management experience and proficiency and familiarity with office productivity software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Jira, etc)
- Excellent communication, including the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including leadership across the organization.
- Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, ever-evolving environments, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity in solving complex challenges and implementing scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of technical experience with network/co-location infrastructures in large-scale environments including ISPs, Content Providers, CDNs, Co-locations and Network services either as an engineer, product manager, or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with negotiations and supplier engagements in infrastructure and networking industry
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure including ISPs, data centers, and cloud infrastructure Globally.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83106 - $216600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
