The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency.
About the Role
The Cost & Revenue Management team in TikTok Shop Logistics is responsible for reducing logistics costs through external benchmarking and supplier optimization, while shaping buyer and seller pricing to align with market practices and drive conversion. Our goal is to strike the right balance between competitive pricing and internal P&L targets.

We partner closely with cross-functional teams-such as Operations, Procurement, Business development, Strategy and Finance, to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve pricing models, and ensure long-term sustainability. By combining market intelligence with internal data, we develop actionable strategies that enhance both seller adoption and buyer experience, ultimately contributing to the growth of TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visualization & Formatting: Populating performance reports, visualization of datapoints and cost summaries for internal reviews and calls;
- Rate & Data Management: Updating Excel templates with supplier rates, logging approved rates into pricing models, and syncing data across systems and SharePoint;
- File Consolidation & Validation: Gathering files from Ops, checking for duplicates or outdated pricing, revalidating versions for Finance/audits, and maintaining accurate archives;
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaising with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to collect inputs, validate invoices, track approvals, and support tender documentation;
- Reporting & Compliance: Preparing and submitting weekly cost trackers, performing reconciliation checks, maintaining trackers for disputes, and supporting audit readiness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree at university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in Spain, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis;
- Proficiency in Excel & any data visualization tool;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred majors in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field;
- Prior industry experience in e-commerce;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting) and attention to detail in manual data handling;
- Solid skills in data visualization.
