About the Team
As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with entertaining shopping experience in TikTok, we are looking for creative PM with experience in solving user pain points to join our team.
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for establishing and operating e-commerce CRM systems, designing full user lifecycle engagement and conversion strategies aligned with platform supply and marketing features to enhance user engagement and purchase frequency.
2. Leverage deep understanding of U.S. market consumer behavior and trends to develop agile strategies based on real-time data analysis and user feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth, Merchandising, Marketing) to design and implement operational solutions.

3. Continuously optimize operational strategies through platform scenario alignment, developing differentiated approaches for diverse user segments while coordinating resources to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher with 3 years work experience.
2. Demonstrate creative thinking and excellent campaign planning/copywriting capabilities beyond conventional approaches.
3. Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and innovative problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Preference given to candidates with e-commerce operations, CRM management, or user growth expertise.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
