About the team
In this role, you will be part of Malaysia TikTok Shop Category & Merchant Strategy's ShopTab User Operations function, involved in user awareness building, traffic growth, user conversion operations, and ShopTab resources management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition and engagement traffic across internal and external channels
- Expand user reach, build brand visibility, and drive top-of-funnel engagement through effective messaging and coordinated marketing efforts
- Manage user operation project timelines and deliverables while tracking daily performance and addressing roadblocks promptly
- Analyze user funnels and behavior, identify opportunities to improve users' journey, and generate actionable insights with data teams, develop strategy with relevant stakeholders

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years and plus working experience. Past experience in e-commerce platform's user growth operations is strongly preferred.
- Experience in PMO or having led cross-functional initiatives, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effective conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading and driving online marketing traffic tools
- Prior experience in affiliate marketing is an advantage
