- Define and implement scalable shipping and logistics strategies to improve seller-fulfilled delivery models.
- Lead cross-functional programs, supporting fulfillment innovation and refining shipping operations to meet seller needs and platform objectives.
- Analyze operational data, identifying key opportunities to optimize delivery speed, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Enhance seller onboarding and fulfillment workflows, improving ease of adoption and reducing operational challenges.

- Build and maintain carrier relationships, addressing logistics issues and adapting solutions based on evolving needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, program management, e-commerce fulfillment, or marketplace development, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and scalability.
- Strong program management skills, executing logistics initiatives that improve seller fulfillment and shipping operations.
- Proven ability to manage carrier relationships, ensuring strong operational coordination between shipping partners and sellers.
- Expertise in operational data analysis, leveraging insights to enhance fulfillment speed, cost efficiency, and overall logistics performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively sharing logistics insights with cross-functional stakeholders, leaders, and external partners.
- Bilingual in Mandarin as to work with merchants in China
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of carrier operations, shipping rate structures, and fulfillment models.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and contract negotiations in logistics.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141467 - $248578 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
