As a Strategy Product Manager for Anti-Fraud Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing risk control strategies by analyzing user behavior, content, and feedback. You will be responsible for improving product safety mechanisms and implementing risk solution plans. Collaborating with technical and analytical teams, you will build and enhance systems for risk perception, identification, intervention, and governance effect measurement. Your work will involve designing risk control products and services that support various business needs, ultimately reducing capital loss and improving metrics related to risk exposure. In this role, you will manage the prioritization of trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance. Engaging with diverse stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and security/risk, you will address risk challenges at scale. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop forward-looking risk control strategies through analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback and other data.
- Drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effect of risk solution plans.
- Cooperate with tech and analytic teams to build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention and governance effect measurement systems.
- Design common risk control products and services that can support different businesses.
- Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by building a systematic framework of risk management to cover the entire life-cycle of business.
- Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance/protection within the ecosystem.
- Engage with various business, operation, tech and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above with a background in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Antifraud, Finance Service, Risk Management, Trust & Safety.
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of new fraud motives and sensible diagnosis of key control points, and proven communication skills in verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fraud prevention and detection.
- Familiarity with E-commerce risk management and ecosystem management, strategic business sensitivity will be advantageous.
- Capacity to draw actionable insights from datasets; knowledge of SQL, Python, or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
