About the Team
The DE TikTok Shop team is responsible for accelerating seller growth and building sustainable revenue growth in one of Europe's key e-commerce markets. The team works closely with sellers and cross-functional partners across operations, product, strategy and other functions to identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable business results.

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven operator to lead special projects for top sellers on DE TikTok Shop. You will identify the most important seller and revenue growth opportunities, translate them into clear project plans, and drive execution from analysis through implementation and performance review.

This role is suited to someone who combines strong commercial judgement with hands-on project management. You should be comfortable working through ambiguity, aligning multiple stakeholders and using data to turn business questions into practical actions.

- Own and drive high-impact growth and revenue projects for top sellers on DE TikTok Shop, from opportunity identification and planning through execution and impact evaluation.
- Use seller, category and business performance data to diagnose growth opportunities, define success metrics and track results.
- Develop tailored growth strategies and business plans for key sellers, translating insights into clear priorities and actionable initiatives.
- Partner with operations, product, strategy and other cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deliver special projects end to end.
- Establish project governance, milestones and reporting mechanisms to ensure timely delivery, clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Turn project learnings into repeatable playbooks, recommendations and scalable solutions that can support broader seller growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, e-commerce, management consulting or a closely related field, including demonstrated experience driving business growth or operational improvement initiatives.
- 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects from problem definition through planning, execution and performance evaluation, preferably in an e-commerce, marketplace or fast-paced business environment.
- 1+ years of experience using business, seller, category or performance data to identify growth opportunities, define success metrics and translate insights into actionable business plans.
- 1+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, product, strategy or commercial teams, with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
- Demonstrated commercial judgement, ownership and ability to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Professional proficiency in English as a working language, and professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to collaborate with Mandarin-speaking cross-functional teams and stakeholders on seller growth projects, business performance analysis, project governance and execution updates.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience in marketplace, seller growth, account management or e-commerce operations.
- Experience working with top sellers, strategic accounts or revenue growth programs.
