TikTok Shop - Special Project & Analytics Strategist, Integrated Marketing (Singapore, E-commerce)

Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. 
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Performance Management & Optimization:
- Lead end-to-end management of campaign performance, encompassing target setting, continuous monitoring, rigorous tracking, and strategic optimization. This includes a keen awareness of competitor movements and the integration of market best practices to drive effective outcomes.
- Develop and implement a robust methodology for performance target setting, benchmarking against growth trajectories and competitor control rates.
- Break down overarching performance goals into actionable, quantifiable metrics and initiatives for each country, ensuring alignment across all 6 SEA countries and regional stakeholders.
- Validate and evaluate campaign performance strategies, driving post-campaign optimization through deep data-driven insights.
 
Strategic Automation & Scalability:
- Identify opportunities and drive the automation of campaign processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and regional standardization.
- Design, orchestrate, and articulate a clear vision for automation initiatives, securing buy-in and collaboration from stakeholders.
- Develop high-level ideas for required infrastructure and work with stakeholders to ensure all initiatives possess the necessary support to achieve their objectives.
 
Performance Analysis & Business Improvement:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand current campaign challenges and project the future potential of key initiatives.
- Identify critical gaps between future potential and current performance, providing actionable guidance and input to improve business outcomes.
 
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Drive collaborative review sessions with country teams and regional stakeholders to align and review initiative achievements, and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders on performance insights, improvement needs, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
 Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations or other relevant / quantitative disciplines
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy or strategy role within a fast-paced technology company, preferably e-commerce
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and synthesize findings into structured communication documents. 
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather data and structure it in a meaningful way for analysis and modeling, create reports and influence decision making. Advanced spreadsheet skills needed for the role
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to manage and work together with multiple stakeholders, both from strategy and operational side . Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong influencing skills needed for the role
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, multitask, adapting to changing priorities. Results and detail oriented, with strong commercial / business acumen
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
Preferred Qualifications:
- E-commerce and/or strategy consulting experience is preferred
- Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred
