TikTok Shop - S&OP Manager - Seattle

- Track achievement of forecast targets, analyze reasons for underperformance (e.g., supply chain bottlenecks, demand mutations), and coordinate with relevant teams to adjust strategies, ensuring outbound volume deviations from business goals are controlled within acceptable ranges.
- Continuously optimize the end-to-end S&OP process framework, establish demand forecasting communication mechanisms, and regularly organize cross-departmental review meetings (e.g., weekly S&OP meetings) to align forecast adjustments and execution progress.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in supply chain and logistics, data science, statistics, etc.
- Familiarity with E-commerce supply chain, warehousing, cross-border logistics, and overseas local logistics business domains; prior experience in large e-commerce platforms or international logistics companies is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in S&OP, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning, with preference for candidates with demand forecasting experience in e-commerce or retail industries.
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to handle complex scenarios such as peak promotions and seasonal fluctuations, quickly adjusting forecasting strategies and resolving execution anomalies.
- Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration, and system project management skills; ability to interact and coordinate with stakeholders from multiple regions.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
