TikTok Shop - Seller Incubation Account Strategist, UK

About the team:
The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers.
The team is responsible for UK TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
We are looking for an Account Strategist to drive targeted seller incubation and portfolio growth. This role focuses on scaling mid-potential sellers through account management, tailored sellers education, community engagement, and strategic program execution. You will play a critical role in identifying growth levers, managing seller relationships, and owning key incubation initiatives from end to end.
Responsibilities:
1. Take full ownership of incubating high-potential SMB sellers by identifying their growth paths and supporting them in achieving key business milestones
2. Deliver tailored solutions through a combination of 1:1 high-touch seller diagnosis (to uncover pain points and growth opportunities) and scalable horizontal enablement programs
3. Manage communication channels (e.g., Lark groups, instant messaging) to drive mass account management activities such as forecasting, troubleshooting, seller education, and program rollouts
4. Lead and execute one incubation program end-to-end-covering proposal development, planning, execution, performance tracking, and impact evaluation with support from strategy
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with category, operations, and product teams to unlock growth levers and ensure seller success
6. Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve seller performance and program effectiveness
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, strong experience in mass account management or mass incubation, (experience of managing hundreds of partners).
- Has experience in mass user or client management, familiar with key levels including but not limited to incentive policy, growth mission, community, email campaign, partner education etc.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining goals and opportunities.
- Excellent written and communication skills, experience in a highly results-oriented environment with external client interaction is required.
- Has experience of managing teams. Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.

- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
