About the role
TikTok is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Education & Seller Communication Manager to join TikTok Shop team based in London. The objective of the role is to grow seller through seller education and seller communication leveraging variety of channels, including TikTok inapp channels like inbox message and external channels like EDM and social media. This role is expected to have related experience and strong ambition to reach goals following strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce educational materials to assist merchants in maximizing their sales on TikTok Shop and increasing GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

- Organize and facilitate educational events, workshops, and webinars tailored to the needs of merchants.
- Utilize various communication channels (e.g., email, social media, in-app messaging) to effectively educate merchants about TikTok Shop features, best practices, and strategies for driving sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational content and resources.
- Gather and analyze merchant feedback to continuously improve educational programs and materials.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of educational initiatives and their impact on merchant performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above, 2-4 year experience in education, training, or merchant support, preferably in an e-commerce or social media context.
- Good data sense, ability to deal with complex business analysis and intelligence in defining opportunities.
- Ability to create engaging and informative educational content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Advanced Excel
