We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team. The team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
- Design fulfillment tools that align with the workflow of merchants to ensure efficiency and satisfaction for the merchants.
- Formulate a product strategy aimed at empowering sellers to enhance their assortment, availability, and post-purchase functions efficiently.
- Advocate for the implementation of features that enable sellers to optimize their product range, ensure availability, and streamline post-purchase processes effectively.
- Understand market practices, familiarizing with mainstream competitors, obtaining merchants feedback and understanding merchants fulfillment pain points.
- Possess outstanding merchant tool design and mid-end system design capabilities, with highly reusable product solutions that quickly meet the needs of global merchants.
- Set and monitor the product metrics that impact performance that are related to merchant tools, and identify product issues and formulate solutions through the effectiveness of data.
- Work across logistics, supply chain, cross function and technology teams, bridging the requirements and priorities of various teams to ensure alignment with our product roadmap and feasible delivery within resource constraints.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven working experience with international e-commerce merchant fulfillment tool and fulfillment system.
- Ability to dive deep into understanding the product, merchant fulfillment workflow, and the competitive landscape.
- Proven experience working across cross functional teams.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $200000 - $390000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
