Responsibilities
TikTok Shop is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Seller Marketing & Logistics Enablement Manager to join our London team. This individual contributor role will focus on delivering scalable programmes that drive seller adoption of TikTok Shop's logistics services across the UK and Europe.
We're looking for someone who combines channel marketing expertise with operational agility - comfortable developing strategies and personally driving them through to execution. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and communicate directly with sellers to ensure they understand, adopt, and succeed with our logistics offerings through various mass communication channels (e.g., emails, Seller Centre outreach channels, social media, etc.). Your PR knowledge will also be valuable in ensuring our communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with the brand, while minimising any potential risks associated with mass outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute Scalable Seller Engagement & Marketing Programmes: Develop and implement marketing initiatives that promote logistics services to sellers across various segments and regions. Tailor outreaches to maximise reach and impact.
- Drive Mass Seller Acquisition & Lifecycle Marketing: Collaborate with business development and operations teams to optimise seller activation, onboarding, and retention. Own day-to-day execution across email marketing, educational content, and lifecycle touchpoints.
- Create Seller Enablement & Education Materials: Produce onboarding guides, videos, webinars, and FAQ content that allow sellers to self-serve and succeed with logistics solutions.
- Coordinate Internal & External Communications: Act as a key communicator between logistics operations, merchant teams, and the seller community. Deliver clear, consistent messaging on updates, programmes, pricing, and support.
- Contribute to PR & Seller-Facing Content: Support seller trust and brand reputation through well-crafted content. Collaborate with comms and PR teams to contribute to public announcements, webinars, blog posts, and updates with a PR-informed approach.
- Surface Feedback & Drive Improvements: Gather and analyse seller feedback through scalable methods (e.g., surveys, support trends, etc.) and communicate insights into solution and operations teams.
- Track Performance & Continuously Optimise: Monitor adoption, engagement, and outreach effectiveness. Use data to refine tactics and maximise programme impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in channel marketing, seller enablement, or B2B partner programmes, ideally in eCommerce logistics or a marketplace environment.
- Strong bias for action, with a track record of personally driving projects from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience managing both internal alignment and external seller communications.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with marketing, pricing, finance, product, and ops teams.
- Skilled in designing marketing automation and analytics reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Experience in logistics, fulfilment, or eCommerce operations.
- Familiarity with developing scalable educational content and marketing communications.
- Solid understanding of PR principles and experience in creating or contributing to external-facing communications, including seller escalations, announcements, blog posts, and updates.
