TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics team is looking for an experienced Logistics Services and Cost Management professional. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, the team aims to provide better products and experience, better delivery costs, strengthen industrial supply chain capabilities, and enhance platform reputation and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the logistics P&L of US markets and ensure that the logistics P&L is maintained at a healthy level.
- Price benchmarking, price positioning, profit analysis leading to overall rate structure and pricing strategy vision for US logistics.
- Design ratecard and subsidy policy & monitor the market logistics price and ensure that the rate card is set in line with the market fluctuation trend.
- Work closely with product teams to develop complex pricing strategies as well as business development to address customer/merchant pain points and needs
- Connect with internal and external partners to implement projects for revenue and cost optimization.
- Set and monitor the cost targets and related indicators of global fulfillment and logistics service to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data.
- Analyze the current logistics cost structure and indicators, identify key factors and potential risks, design optimization plans, and regularly review the effectiveness of the implementation of improvement measures.
- Analyze detailed cost elements that pricing can influence for the improvement of overall logistics profitability
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in revenue management, strategic operations, logistics solutions or equivalent
- Demonstrated analytical skills, logical thinking ability, and project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks
- Experience communicating and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple regions
- Strong business sense and a demonstrated ability to take initiative in innovation to solve complex business problems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a strong understanding of fulfillment/warehouse operations, middle mile, and last mile transporation
- Experience in e-commerce, supply chain, domestic logistics and other related industries
- Experience working across regions

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $208577 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
