TikTok Shop - Logistics Project Manager
Responsibilities
A settlement center will be set up under the business center to unify the settlement of e-commerce logistics, be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of e-commerce logistics AP and AR settlements, and help the rapid growth of front-end business and the compliance control of settlement process. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities
- Support building local settlement operation teams. Responsible for the hiring, training, compliance guidance, and daily operations of local settlement operation teams.
- Localize settlement regulations and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and R&D teams to develop settlement automation plans, support product managers in developing software solutions, and conduct online tests for new system functions. Provide detailed reports to the R&D team.
- Work with project management teams to ensure that settlement solutions are delivered at the early stages of logistics projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors and customers, including contract review, system maintenance, billing, payment, and AR collections. Ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the process.

- Develop and implement risk management systems to identify and eliminate settlement risks in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
- Improve the handling of sellers' settlement-related consultations to enhance their overall experience.
- Support daily operations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in settlement-related work in medium or large logistics enterprises
- Strong attention to detail and proactive in identifying and solving issues
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in dynamic environment, and a team player
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with preference for candidates with data analysis skills
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $208578 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
