Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions (campaigns & flash sale), a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities:
- Initiates the comprehensive Flash Sale plan including the target setting & breakdown, Flash Sale tracker and timelines, budget tracking & subsidy efficiency
- Monitors Flash Sale performance and share insights with relevant stakeholders
- Supports with any FS inquiries from internal teams and from sellers
- Builds partnership with XFN teams and gets supports to drive Flash Sale growth

- Contributes to the overall Flash Sale strategy including the assortment, subsidy efficiency and user awareness building
- Has competitiors' POV and provides common solutions to Flash Sale
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, esp in promotional activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using campaign management tools, analytics platforms, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with budget management and financial tracking is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and Flash Sale mechanics.
- Experience in driving middle to large-scale promotional campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
