Responsibilities
The UK Fashion Team is responsible for the continued growth and development of the fashion vertical on TikTok Shop in the UK. The primary focus of the LIVE Strategy team is to drive one of TikTok Shop's unique selling points: livestream shopping. As TikTok Shop continues to shake up the traditional e-commerce landscape, this team will also play a big part in shaping the future developments of the shopping platform and the services offered to both brands and customers within.
Responsibilities:
- Support Fashion's LIVE Team by driving growth in livestream sales, contributing to strategy and identifying and incubating potential livestreaming talent
- Owning daily operations, including data analysis, reporting and budget allocation

- Participate in ideation and implementation of LIVE selling strategies and training programs; build seller-facing communications that will drive livestream sales growth
- Contribute to development of livestream best practices and playbooks
- Support the existing operations of all seller-facing initiatives, including but not limited to: presenting webinars, creating educational materials, devising incentive strategies, advising on livestream operations
- Support the coordination of livestream events and campaigns, with occasional work on-site with merchants
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's course in your penultimate year, graduating in 2026
- Strong communication and written skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong interest or experience in fashion merchandising or television production
- Data-driven with good analytical skills and can derive actionable insights from complex datasets; mastery of Excel
- Highly organised and adept at coordinating complex operations
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills; can work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Collaborative, team player
