TikTok Shop - Creator Product Operation Manager
Responsibilities
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok e-Commerce partnership for the TikTok e-Commerce business in the US. TikTok is seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in our US e-Commerce team on a variety of Operations Strategy initiatives and projects. You will have an immediate impact on TikTok Shop US operations team; improving productivity via streamlining initiatives, overseeing key strategic projects and facilitating efficient cross-function operations. Your interest and professional expertise are related to workflow management, building cross-functional collaboration, communications, project management, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Be a product operations owner on the TikTok Shop business team by deeply understanding the needs of our TikTok e-Commerce creators and developing a compelling product strategy and roadmap.
- You'll need to find new opportunities that can drive creators making videos, not limited to improving on what we have, but to introduce what we haven't.
- Deeply participate in merchant research, be able to combine feedback and data analysis, understand the business demands of different types of creators, and drive product evolution.
- Continuously improve the Product Operation methodology and develop targeted plans.
- Identify trends in data, plan short- and long-term roadmaps.
- Build alignment across the company on your vision, including with leadership and executives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 3+ years of e-commerce product management or operations experience in either e-commerce, video making, or content making companies.
- Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates.
- Ability to think creatively and approach key problems with system-level thinking.
- Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and speed of execution.
- Ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
- Experience performing product-oriented quantitative analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-paced digital organizations.
- Familiarity with matrix or global organizational structures.
- Creative thinker and strategist with the ability to develop innovative solutions.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
